Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for a breach or threatened breach by you or your Representatives of this agreement but shall be in addition to all other remedies available at law or equity to Ancient Art. In consideration of being permitted access to the Ancient Art website, you hereby acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. Subsequent use of any username and password shall be deemed to constitute your full acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. As a condition to this authorization, you agree that any copy which you make shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained herein, and that any other use of documents published on this website without prior written approval from Ancient Art is strictly prohibited. This agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas.
